She got her first battle wound. You can see it in the pictures below. She cried for a little bit but then she saw my camera and wanted it, so then she stopped crying.
On Friday we took her to the San Diego Zoo and then to the Wild Animal Park. I love these places! Lily loved the giraffes and kept pointing at them.
Today marks her 11 1/2 month birthday. In two weeks she will be a toddler!! It makes me so happy and sad at the same time. I don't think she will be able to face forward in her car seat yet. She has to be 1 and 20 lbs but I don't think she will make it to 20. She eats all the time but she is so active! She takes after the Metcalf side!

Noah and Lily were both due on the same day, Jan 25, but Noah was born on the 3rd and Lily was born on the 17th. They check out each others blogs! It is so cute!!
