18 months old

I can't believe that Lily is already 18 months old! She has started talking a lot more. Her doctor wants her to have 20 words by 20 months. If she doesn't then we get to start down the path of figuring out why she doesn't talk as much. She knows the word 'no' for sure!

My mother-in-law was able to watch Lily on Friday and Jeff and I went on a date. We had so much fun! We went to the movies, out to dinner, to the casino, and shopping! Thanks Kris for doing that for us and taking pictures of Lily for us! You did a great job!

Downtown Disney and Block Party

Saturday my Aunt, Uncle, cousins, and their kids were at Disneyland for vacation and we were able to meet up with them at Downtown Disney for a bit. It was good to see them. It had been almost 4 years since we last saw them.

After that we went to our neighbor hood block party. It was great to meet new people and see our new friends. Lily had a BLAST.

Lily was playing in the kiddie pool and got her shoes all wet, so I walked over to our place, and threw her shoes on our patio. I turned around and forgot that I had steps and fell and rolled over on my knees! I was in so much pain. I tore my pants, and both my knees are black and blue. Jeff was kind enough to let me sleep in this morning to take care of myself.
